Opciones Deshabilitadas en Propiedades de Conexión

Buenas noches amig@s, gusto en saludarles. Soy nuevo en este foro, así que les pido disculpas si en el planteamiento de este problema incumplo con alguna norma.

El caso es el siguiente, desde el día de hoy al ingresar a algunas páginas he notado que estas no se cargan por completo, es decir, donde deberían estar las imágenes solo hay letras, como es el caso cuando entro al Facebook, el cual se despliega enteramente en letras y con un fondo blanco. Al buscar varias soluciones para este problema encontré uno en el cual me indica que ingrese a Propiedades de Conexión de Área Local, seleccione Protocolo de Internet versión 4 (TCP/IPv4) y elija las opciones para que reconozca automáticamente la dirección IP, pero al hacer esto, las opciones Instalar, Desintalar y Propiedades se encuentran deshabilitadas, como se puede visualizar en la siguiente imagen:

Vamos a usar “Complete Internet Repair Portable”



Descarga en tu escritorio >>Complete Internet Repair Portable (https://www.rizonesoft.com/?ddownload=2435%29
Descomprime el fichero zip y entra en la carpeta “ComIntRep_2600” que se habrá creado, para ejecutar "ComIntRep.exe"
Marca las siguientes casillas, de una en una (Muy Importante), y pulsas el botón GO.
• Reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
• Repair Winsock (Reset Catalog)
• Renew Internet Connections
• Flush DNS Resolver Cache
• Clear Windows Update History
• Repair Windows / Automatic Updates
• Reset Windows Firewall Configuration
• Restorethe default Host File

Es posible que, al llevar a cabo cada acción de reparación, la herramienta nos pida REINICIAR el ordenador, y deberemos hacerlo.

REINICIAREMOS el equipo al finalizar TODOS los pasos, aunque NO se nos pida hacerlo.

En la carpeta de Complete Internet Repair dentro de una carpeta llamada "Logging" encontrarás un reporte con el nombre "CintRep". Lo adjunta en tu próxima respuesta.

Dime si ha solucionado el problema.

1) ¿has comprobado si el problema también sucede desde otro dispositivo de la casa? Si es asi, entonces el problema noe está en su PC sino en el router o el servicio de su proveedor

2) ¿has probado desde otro navegador?
