Buy more credit

I want to buy a new credit but the system does not allowed me to do so.

Recently in Costa Rica numbers has been changed up to 8 digits as follows ¨

- For Mobile phones: all numbers now start with a 9 .My wife number , because I do not have a mobile phone , is( 506)93847263

For home telephones : all numbers now start with a 2. My actual home phone is (506)22 282243
