Hello!
When you are not able to access your MS Outlook account, then try certain suggestion like:
. If you remember the password then make sure to turn off Caps Lock Key.
. Check your email address is correct
. Clear your browser history or try to sign in from the different internet browser.
. If you have recently changed your password then try to enter your old password. If the old password work
then lock your device and again unlock it with the new password.
If these steps fail then try setting your password.
And if all the above option fails then Fill out the recovery form of Microsoft Account.
