laptop no lee dvd r Cerrado

Hola, tengo una laptop dell inspiron 14, al insertar el disco dvd r que fue grabado no me lo reconoce, solo me laza opciones si deseo grabar alguien me puede ayudar,

PRIMERO... CHECA EN LA PUERTA DEL LECTOR (GRABADOR) SI SOPORTA DVD'S... SI LO SOPORTA ENTONCES, CHECA SI TIENES UN SOFTWARE QUE PUEDA OPERAR LOS ARCHIVOS EN DVD.
