No hay dispositivos de audio en mi pc

Hola,
Después de haber instalado mi nuevo antivirus y de hacer limpieza de los archivos y programas que no uso, me encontrado con que no me funciona el sonido. He mirado en panel de control>dispositivos de sonido y audio y según este no tengo ningún dispositivo de audio.

He estado buscando información, y en esta misma web aconsejabais el uso del programa EVEREST para conseguir los datos necesarios. Os dejo la información, espero que me podáis ayudar, estoy súper perdida al respecto. Aiss.
