3 cups wheat flour.
2 teaspoons baking powder.

3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature.
1 1/2 cups of standard sugar.
4 large eggs.
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
1 1/4 cups milk.

Preheat oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C). Grease 24 muffin molds or line with paper capacities.
Mix the flour well with the baking powder and the salt in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until it is fluffy. While still beating, add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
Add the powders to the previous mixture, alternating with the milk, and mixing until undo all the lumps, but without overfilling.
Pour the dough into the prepared molds, filling them up to three quarters of its capacity. Bake until fluffy to the touch, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool inside the molds for 10 minutes. Then demold and place on wire grates to cool completely.
