NO PUEDO ENTRAR A HOTMAIL, MSN, FACEBOOK

mi pregunta es si alguien me podria ayudar a solucionar mi problema, porque de 3 semanas para aca no puedo abrir ninguna web que sea de mensajeria, por ejemplo "yahoo" "gmail" "hotmail" y redes sociales por ejemplo "my space" "facebook" y tampoco puedo accesar a mensajeros como "messenger" y cuando entro al msn entra la ventana del solucionador de problemas y ahi me dice que son los puertos clave, y pues si tengo conexion a internet y si puedo visiar otras web's, ya intente de varias formas:

-proxy
-hora y fecha
-firewall
-limpie con ccleaner
-regseeker etc.
-con las .DLL
-reinstalando el IE
-reinstalando el MSN
-reconfigurando la red
-la seguridad del IE
-cambiando IP
-reinstalado el "msxml SP7" y otras
-ya hasta volvi a instalar el SP2 pra win vista
entre otras...

y nada a servido.

la verdad me siento muy enojado por que llevo varios dias intentando y pues no puedo solucionarla, ya visite miles de foros y web's y pues hasta la fecha nada....

tengo una laptop con windows vista home premium con sp2 de 32 bits
