como configuara mi camara webCerrado

Hola, 
tambien tengo ese problema , intento usar la camra web , voy a herrmientas -configuracion de audio y videros y m sale automaticamente "no es posible realizar la configuarcion de audio y video en estos momentos" abuu no se ya q hacer alguien me podria brindar una solución. porfavorrrrrrr abuuuu :(

YA INTENTASTE DAR UN ( PLUG AND PLAY), PARA QUE TE DE OPCION A DESCARGAS LOS DRIVER POR LA INTERNET..??

INTENTALO.  VE A PANEL DE CONTROL Y DA CLIK EN ADD HARDWARE AHI TE DEBE DE RECONOCER LA CAMARA Y TE DA LAS OPCIONES  SIGUELAS..
