viejo destapa la pc y mete el serial o numeros que trae en google alli te envia a la pagina web del fabricante y descargate el drivers instala reinicias y listo............. ahora si ya tienes el drivers y aun asi no te suena bueno bajate el U.A.A universal audio arquitecture e instalalo .... espero q te haya servidola informacion
