Driver de sonido de compaq presario 2592us

espero me puedan ayudar estoy desesperado no consigo que vuelva el sonido de mi laptop descargue del fabricante y nada este es el reporte de everest no se me ocurre nada mas

espero que alguien me pueda ayudar es urgente
