No tengo dispositivo de salida de audio instalado (eso me dice cuando hago click en le bocinita que aparece abajo a la derecha de la pantalla) ya descargué everest, le pedi un informe y esto me da

Si instalaste algun driver de audio que no funciono, desinstálalo.
Descarga e instala el driver de audio para tu HP Presario V3500.
