HTML para cuadro de comentarios en InglésCerrado

Question

Hola,
Quisiera pedir ayuda para encontrar en lenguaje html un cuadro de comentarios en inglés para colocarles en nuestro blog. Las características son:
-es un cuadro de comentarios de alumnos de nuestra escuela de windsurfing
-debe permitir que los últimos 5 comentarios puedan medio verse, y que al clickear sobre alguno de ellos se abra por completo. El resto de los comentarios quedan guardados y también pueden verse con un click
-debe solicitar sólo nombre y apellido y lugar de origen. Nosotros tenemos los correos de todos ellos al momento de inscribirse en la escuela.
-ojalá tuviera un formato que acompañara la línea de nuestro blog: www.windsurfroatan.blogspot.com
Espero no estar pidiendo demasiado.
