Como mandar un formulario en html con php

Hola,
Soy nueva en Web y termine de hacer un formulario y solo queda saber como mandarmelo a mi correo por medio de un php pero la vdd estoy hecha un revoltijo espero puedan ayudarme aqui dejo la muestra de mi codigo el cual tal vez sea anticuado pero agradecere su ayuda la vdd
