VHS tapes

hello everyone i am also don't know about it I can transfer my VHS tapes to MP4, thanks, I don't know where to go to ask it and I have put software. I have some VHS tapes about how to calculate (VAT-value add tax) and how online VAT calculator work. I want to convert this to mp4 so that my students can easily use it. here is my files
