Mi auricular y parlante se esscuhcan de un solo lado

Hola, hace unas semanas mi auricular se estaba escuchandoo solo de un lado, al principio pense que se habia roto, pero hoy me entere, que no era problema del auricular, si no que era de la PC, le pregunte a unos amigos y me dijeron que dasinstale y reinstale drivers, pero no se cuales, necesito por favor que alguien me diga que drivers tengo que desinstalar y reinstalar para arreglar el problema.

P.D: no se si estoo irá en Hardware: Drivers o acá, pero como mi problema es el sonido decidi ponerlo acá
