Local Disk E: wont open

Please i need help,

The disk were i save all my stuff is Local Disk E: since the other one is a small solid disk.

I came from a trip, and i noticed that my computer is working much slower. Then i realised i can not open anything saved on that local disk, and whenever i try to open it window explorer shuts down.
